• Your AI files the bugs
  • WhatsApp your board
  • Paste notes, get tickets

For solo devs, founders and small teams

Retro, sprint planning, grooming. Or just work.

We kept the board and dropped the rituals. What’s next, who’s on it, what shipped. That’s it.

Takes a minute. No card, no sales call.

MCP

Your agent works the same board you do.

Your board speaks MCP, so Claude, ChatGPT or any LLM you like can pick up a ticket, do the work and move the card. You just review what landed.

WhatsApp AI

Run the board from your pocket.

Message MySprint like a teammate. The AI replies in the chat and the board moves with it, under your account and your role.

Demo: messaging MySprint AI on WhatsApp to list your tickets, move MYP-026 to QA, assign MYP-031 to Aniqh and file a new bug, with the board updating live.

Features

Built for the work, not the process.

Six things the board does that a spreadsheet and a group chat do not.

Your agent files tickets

Point your coding agent at the ingest endpoint and a defect arrives on the board with a title, a body and a ticket id. No copy and paste, no context switch.

AI plan

Bring your own AI

Connect the assistant you already use over MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, any spec-compliant client. Work the board from its chat. It acts under your account and your role on each board, nothing more.

Notes in, tickets out

Paste a meeting note or drop a CSV. Read it back as candidate tickets, uncheck the noise, and create the rest in one go.

Pro & AI plans

Reminders that find you

A morning digest of the board, a nudge the evening before a due date, a ping when a ticket lands on you. Email or WhatsApp, and every trigger is yours to switch on or off, per project.

AI plan

WhatsApp is the board

Message your board like a teammate. Pull what’s on you, create a ticket, move one, assign one. The AI answers on WhatsApp under your MySprint account, limited to your role.

One board per client

Each client gets a board with its own ticket prefix and its own API key. Nothing leaks between them, and nothing is client-facing: these are your boards, not a portal.

Private Reminders

Not everything is a ticket

The birthday next month, the thing to buy, the idea at 11pm. Message it to MySprint on WhatsApp and it lands on a private board of your own, separate from every project, one per user.

  • Private to youYour own board, invisible to every project and every teammate.
  • Anything goesReminders, lists, one-line notes. If you typed it, it is kept.
  • Time-awareSay when, and it comes back as a WhatsApp ping on the day.
  1. STEP 01Message itText MySprint on WhatsApp, the way you would a friend.
  2. STEP 02MySprint remembersIt saves the reminder to your private board. You do nothing.
  3. STEP 03It finds you on the dayA ping lands at the time you asked for. Snooze it or mark it done.

Who it's for

Small teams, real work

Not an enterprise workflow engine with the features turned off.

A developer at a wooden desk working across two monitors, one showing a file manager and the other a code editor.

Solo founders with one developer

You are the product manager, the QA and the person who answers support. A board with five columns and no ceremony is the most process you can afford, and it is enough.

Freelancers juggling clients

One board per client, each with its own ticket prefix and its own API key. Nothing leaks between them, and nothing is client-facing: these are your boards, not a portal to hand over.

Someone working on a laptop in a folding chair at the edge of the water, a bag propped against the chair and open sand behind them.

Small teams of two to ten

A developer, a tester, someone who owns the roadmap. Roles are per project, so the QA on one board can be the developer on another.

Four people working at adjoining desks in a bright office, one on a laptop and one at a large monitor showing a code editor.
Someone at a large monitor filled with a code editor and an open file tree, a laptop beside it on the desk.

Teams shipping with an AI agent

Your coding agent finds the bugs. Hand it a one-hour key and it files them straight onto the board while you keep working. You review what it found, not what it did.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs itself

There is no onboarding call, and no configuration screen to get wrong.

  1. Make a board

Name a project and pick a ticket prefix. Five columns arrive configured, because there is nothing to configure.

  2. Bring your backlog

Paste meeting notes or drop a CSV. MySprint reads it back as tickets, you uncheck the noise and create the rest in one go.

  3. Bring your AI

Connect the assistant you already use over MCP. It reads the board and works it from its own chat, under your account and your role.

  4. Take it to WhatsApp

Message the board from your pocket: pull what is on you, create, move, assign. The AI replies right there and the board keeps up.

FAQ

Questions we actually get

If yours is not here, it goes in the box below and we will answer it.

Is it really invite-only?

For now, yes. We are letting small teams in a few at a time so that support is still answered by the people who wrote the thing. Ask for access and you will hear back.

What do I get on the free tier?

Two boards, every column, and no time limit, for one person. Sharing a board, the ingest API, reminders and the WhatsApp and MCP AI features are on the paid tiers.

Can my coding agent really file tickets?

That is what the ingest endpoint is for. Mint a key, POST a title and a body, and the ticket lands in Todo with an id of its own. It is part of the top tier.

Can I really run my board from WhatsApp?

Yes. Message MySprint on WhatsApp and the AI replies right there in the chat: ask what is on you, create a ticket, move one, assign one. It acts under your account and your role on each board, so it can never do more than you could in the app. WhatsApp AI is part of the AI plan.

How do the reminders work?

You pick the triggers, per project: a morning digest of the board, a nudge the evening before a due date, a ping when a ticket lands on you. Each trigger goes out by email or WhatsApp, and each one can be switched on or off at any time, so you only hear about what you asked to hear about. Reminders are on the paid tiers.

What happens to a ticket once it is done?

A nightly job ships it off the board. Nothing is deleted: the log keeps every shipped ticket, and the columns stay the size of the work still in front of you.

Who can see my board?

Only the people on it. There is no directory: no one can list, search or browse other accounts, which is why adding somebody is a request rather than a picker. The database enforces that, not just the interface.

Does anything leave your servers?

Only for the features that need it. The WhatsApp AI and any LLM you connect over MCP receive your message and the board context needed to act on it; import sends the notes you paste. Ordinary board use talks to nobody but us.
