Terms

The short version

Access is by invitation while we are onboarding by hand. The prices on the pricing page are what we intend to charge and are not a contract until we say so in writing. Do not use the product to break the law or to harm other people. We are a small team and we do not promise the service will never go down.

Who these terms are between

Between you and Nyzium Technologies LLP. They cover this website and, once you have an account, the MySprint application. Using either means you accept them.

Access is by request

There is no self-serve signup. You ask for access, we read the request, and if it is a fit we create an account and send you a temporary password which you change when you first sign in. We may decline a request, and we do not have to explain why.

Plans, prices and tax

The plans and prices shown on the pricing page describe what we intend to offer. Until you have an account and we have confirmed a price to you in writing, they are a statement of intent rather than an agreement.

Prices are shown excluding GST, which is added where it applies. You pay for your own account. People you add to a project are not charged, and they do not consume your allowances.

Where a plan includes a monthly allowance, going past it on a paid account is billed at the rate shown beside it. People you have added to a project cannot run up a charge on your account; their allowance simply stops.

Your content

Your tickets, projects and anything else you put into MySprint remain yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it to train anything. We access it only when you ask us to, for example when you report a problem we cannot reproduce.

Acceptable use

Do not use MySprint to store or transmit anything unlawful, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, to attempt to reach another account, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.

Availability

We run this carefully and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. There is no uptime guarantee on any plan. Where a plan lists a support response time, that is a target we intend to meet and not a refundable commitment.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens rather than after.

Ending it

You can stop using MySprint whenever you like and ask us to close your account and delete your data. We may end your access if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the product.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. They were last updated on 1 September 2026.
