The short version
We collect what you type into the request access form and nothing else. We use it to set you up an account and to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not track you around the internet.
Who we are
MySprint is built by Nyzium Technologies LLP. If you want anything on this page explained, corrected or acted on, write to admin@nyzium.ai and a person will answer.
What we collect
Only what the request access form asks for: your name, your email address, your mobile number and its country code, how you describe your work, and which plan you have in mind. The form also carries one hidden field that real people never see and never fill in, which is how we recognise automated submissions.
That is the entire list. There is no account, no profile and no database behind this website. We do not ask for a payment card and there is nowhere on this site to enter one.
What we do not collect
No cookies are set by this site. Nothing is written to your browser's storage. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recording. We cannot tell you which pages you visited, because we do not know.
Why we collect it
To decide whether we can take you on, to create your account by hand if we can, and to write back to you either way. The plan you pick is not a commitment and is not used for billing; it tells us what you are trying to do.
Who else sees it
Two other companies are involved, and only two.
Your form submission is delivered to us as an email by Resend, an email delivery provider. They process it in order to deliver it.
The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading a font means your browser contacts Google's servers, which reveals your IP address and browser to Google. That happens on page load, before you type anything, and it is the only third party involved in simply reading the site.
Beyond those two, nobody. We do not sell, rent, share or trade what you send us.
How long we keep it
Your submission arrives as an email and stays in our inbox until we delete it. Ask us to delete it and we will.
The website itself keeps three short-lived counters in memory so that the form cannot be abused: recent request times by IP address for fifteen minutes, a total count for one hour, and the address of any successful request for twenty four hours so that a double submission does not send twice. None of this is written to disk, and all of it is lost whenever the server restarts.
Your choices
Write to admin@nyzium.ai and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
There is no mailing list to unsubscribe from, because we did not start one.
Changes to this page
If we start collecting something new, this page changes before that happens, not after. It was last updated on 1 September 2026.
